Vanessa Esposito alias Arketype Project is a Polynesian artist who has been performing on the European and South Pacific stages since 2OO2.
She creates a world where ethnic influences prevail.
She develops her personal touch in her “mix” and in Arketype Project’s performances as well, calling up baroque and ecstatic musical territories in the diversity of her solar inspiration.
Deeply permeated with her Polynesian roots and with the Eastern World, Vanessa puts a spell on her audience; she takes us on a musical trip, on Tribal, Trance, Down Tempo, Ambient, Trip-Hop and Rock- Electro rhythms.
Through a fusion of styles making their way from the real world to the realisation of our utmost timeless fantasy, she bewitches space, skilfully gliding from one world to another.
Her favourite spots are electronic alternative stages such as festivals (Full Moon, Arcadia, Time Gate, Gaia, Ambiosonic…), lounge bars (Ute Ute, Dao, Morrison’s, Café Tahiti…) or Chill-out. She magnifies these places with mellow spellbinding tunes, striking rhythms and much more, with beautiful musical soaring, rooted in an alternative universe.
Vanesa is also the Sound-Designer of some cultural and well-known places (Carita Beauty Institute in Lyon, Standard Design Hotel Paris, Tourist office and House of Congress of Cassis for art exhibitions…).The specificity of her “mix” has made her contribute to opening Lounge Bars in the South Pacific.
After attending French “conservatoires” and making the most of her work experiences, she felt the need to launch more personal projects, deeply rooted in her origins. Learning a lot from her travels and her meetings, equipped with her personal computer, Vanessa alias Arketype Project has been composing an ethnic trance, mixing electronics with South Pacific traditional instruments: a powerful and passionate mixture filled with Polynesian influences and modernity which has awaken her cultural heritage, in order to create an astonishing original music out of it all.!
Arketype Project is a "live", representative of numerical possibilities, with happening and performances, hybrid rhythms, acoustic musicians, professional dancers, video and stage compère specialists.
